In Cornish, Avallen means apple tree which are naturally planet positive as they fruit every year from the same tree and apples are what all Calvados are made from. Join us for a bar takeover with a difference, focusing on sustainability and simplicity. Avallen Co-Founder Tim Etherington Judge and our very own Bearded barman Chris Jarrett will be mixing up £8 Calvados cocktails all day while you enjoy the incredible views of St Austell bay.
